Cirrus DART– HR and Payroll software
DART is our new and innovative, fully functional HR system. DART HR is easy to use and its open plan structure allows easy access to front end information. The software sits on a server or PC and its user friendly design allows users to enter and update employee records with ease.
A data export facility enables DART to interact with a number of payroll systems at the touch of a button. Payroll and HR data can be input and changed at a single point of entry.

Personal Information
DART holds an extensive range of employee record details including those concerned with statutory and payment information.
Job Details and History
Employee appointment details are held against effective dates allowing users easy input and access to both current and historical job information. Items like salary, hours, job title and location are readily available to users at glance due to DART’s open plan design.
Absence Monitoring
Sickness absences can be recorded against a variety of system and user defined reasons. Time taken off for Maternity, Paternity and Adoption can also be recorded for easy monitoring and reporting.
Disciplinary
DART functionality allows a comprehensive record of disciplinary procedures at all levels to be maintained. This functionality is reinforced by a facility to attach external documents to employee records.
Reporting
A listing facility allows you to produce lists of employees sharing some of the same criteria, for example, users could list all the employees in a certain job or who have a disciplinary record. A comprehensive suite of pre-defined reports, including such areas as salary modeling and headcounts, also supplied with DART, enabling quick access to data. Data can also be exported to third party tools such as Microsoft Word® and Microsoft® Excel for ease of manipulation and mail merges.
