Our Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Service will provide:
- A backup procedure to run each night, ensuring suitable arrangements for switching media and ensuring appropriate off-site storage.
- A daily check to ensure that your previous night's backups were completed successfully. You will be kept informed of the reasons for any failures and we will take immediate action to ensure your backup is completed urgently.
- Annual disaster recovery test at your request.
- In the event of disaster, we will provide you with a suitable hardware platform and a fully recovered system from the backup media within 48 hours of first notification.
- We can provide you with a specialist Disaster Recovery and Business Protection Planning Package to assist in the production of your organisation’s overall contingency plans.
- In the event of a disaster, you have the option to use our specialist Business Recovery Centre for a specified number of staff. These can provide you with full and comprehensive office facilities.
