HR & Payroll experienced professionals.
Meet the Team…
Managing Director – David Neal
Areas of Expertise: After leaving the Army in the early 90s, specialised in Payroll and HR Software Development and providing large corporate organisations with a Managed Support Service. Now, with a highly skilled team around me, we are able to deliver this service using our own HR Software, DART, to any SME.
Personal Interests: Always loved to run and keeping fit and currently in training for the London Marathon. Enjoy watching most sports and following my local team, Peterborough Utd.
Product Manager – Louise Pearson
Areas of Expertise: I joined Peterborough Software fresh faced from school in 1989 and enjoyed many years working on Payroll & HR systems including OpenDoor and PS Enterprise. My roles included Testing, Development, Implementing and Product Planning . Many years later I joined BMS/ADP and worked on Freedom before joining Cirrus as a consultant. I progressed through support and into the Product Managers role which I hold today, this allows me to decide, the ‘What’, the ‘How’ and the ‘ When’ of our HR Software releases.
Personal Interests: I am a tom boy, a real petrol head and the office ‘loveable clown’ always looking for a funny one-liner which is often needed when you support Spurs. My two passions are my football team, Spurs, and the prancing horse of the Ferrari F1 team, a perfect weekend for me is Football Saturday, F1 Sunday. I am an obsessive car cleaner (4 hours a time) and one day I will own my very own Ferrari! ( You heard it here first! 🙂 )
I have a daughter who keeps me busy and our shared love of music means the house is never quiet!
Development – Gary Ray
Areas of Expertise: I have 30 years of experience in developing software, starting with COBOL in the old days, and currently using VB.NET and T-SQL. I also have over 15 years of experience in implementing and customising Northgate Arinso’s PSe HR and Payroll solution.
Personal Interests: I’m a lifelong Aston Villa supporter, having enjoyed the good times back in the early 80’s through to the struggles of recent years when we have just about managed to hold on to our Premiership status. Every now and again, I like to get out on the golf course and lose a few balls, never having quite reached the level required to enter The Open. As they say, there’s always next year…….
Music wise, I am a big Springsteen fan, and was there when he played the first ever concert at the newly opened Emirates stadium, playing way past the cut-off time, and getting himself fined in the process!
I live with my wife and two children, and our assortment of pets including two dogs, rabbits and fish, with hamsters on the way soon too…….
P.S. it’s purely a coincidence that Villa, golf and Springsteen were mentioned before the family. Honest. 🙂
